3. Applications distributed via app stores

Applications downloaded from the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, and applications downloaded from Google Play are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Neither Apple nor Google is responsible for the applications or their content.

4. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TEROSTONE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
